30th April, 2026 About the Opportunity A well-established not-for-profit aged care provider is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join their 80-bed residential aged care home located near Fairfield, South Brisbane . This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident clinical leader who has experience running and managing a team , and is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The Role As the Clinical Manager, you will oversee all clinical operations within the home, ensuring compliance, quality care delivery, and strong team leadership. Working closely with the Facility Manager, you will play a key role in driving clinical excellence and supporting staff to deliver the best possible outcomes for residents. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the clinical team (RNs, ENs, and Care Staff) Oversee care planning, documentation, and AN-ACC processes Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards Manage audits, accreditation, and clinical governance Oversee incident management, SIRS, and risk processes Support staff development, mentoring, and performance management Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders About You Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration 2–3 years’ experience as a Clinical Manager (or similar leadership role) Proven experience leading and managing clinical teams Strong knowledge of aged care compliance and clinical governance Confident communicator with strong leadership capability What’s on Offer $135k Super Salary packaging benefits (increase your take-home pay) Supportive not-for-profit organisation Stable and well-run 80-bed home Opportunity to lead and make a real impact Interested?
