About the role We’re looking for a full-time Training Administrator to join our close-knit team in Subiaco. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll support students and members throughout their learning journey, while also contributing to course administration and development activities. A key part of the role involves speaking with students and members over the phone. If you enjoy building rapport and helping people, you’ll thrive here. If you prefer not to engage by phone, this role may not be the right fit. Key responsibilities Conduct student and member engagement calls, providing support and guidance Assist with course administration and coordination Support course development activities Maintain accurate records across internal systems Collaborate with a small, high-performing team About you We’re focused on finding the right attitude and team fit.
