About the Role Playing a pivotal part in our business the role of a Yard Supervisor is to manage the daily operations, repair & modifications of our Perth mobile storage division. Which includes management of staff, workflow, and quality control in a workshop, focusing on safety, efficiency, and meeting deadlines by planning maintenance and assigning tasks. Key Responsibilities Daily Safety Huddle Ensure all fork pre-starts have been completed Check equipment stock levels; report on unders’ and overs Allocate equipment for reservations Ensure container stacks are to company safety standards Ensure all equipment is surveyed accurately and within allotted time frames Ensure all forklifts are serviced within accordance to manufacturers specifications Report all safety concerns Ensure all safety KPI’s are met and adhered to Conduct quarterly stock takes Back fill direct reports roles Fleet Fork Surveying About You Able to coach, lead, engage and motivate team members to achieve desired outcomes. Demonstrate a pro-active, professional and customer (internal/external) service focused attitude and communication style. Three years’ experience in supervisory/leadership role.
