The Storeperson is responsible for management and housekeeping of the warehouse. This includes responsibilities such as managing the end-to-end operations of warehouse, stock transfer, stock receipt management, vendor follow up, procurement support and basic equipment maintenance. Major Responsibilities Treat Safety, Environmental and Health compliance as a top priority. Manage the goods into and out of the warehouse, including taking items to the vessels and arranging deliveries to and from suppliers. Support the delivery of Spares/Stores to ships to minimise delivery costs and vessel delays to support the rolling maintenance schedule. Manage basic maintenance activities as required of items within the warehouses. Manage consumables supply and demand within the warehouse. Maintain stock levels and support procurement activities. Perform stock checks and stocktakes Load data, checks receipt and loads on receipt from suppliers. Support data entry as required of parts receipt and movements. Ensure the general setup, management and housekeeping is kept the highest standard at all times. Support loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Responsible for managing the goods into and out of shipping containers as required. Ensure practices adopted reflect a commitment to the highest standard in HSEQ & QA. Implement Teekay safety and operational procedures within the warehouse. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Report on metrics and KPIs for warehouse operations. Support document control requirements and maintain periodic reporting via NS Enterprise. Prepare briefing material and present briefings to provide management, customers and vendors with recommendations/suggestions that address project and warehouse issues.
