HR Advisor (6-Month Fixed Term Contract) Location: Bundall, Gold Coast | Start: ASAP We’re looking for a capable, hands-on HR Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role will provide critical support across day-to-day HR operations while helping us maintain momentum across recruitment, onboarding and people initiatives during a period of growth and change. This is not a purely administrative role - you’ll be expected to think, prioritise and get things done. About the Role You’ll work closely with the People & Culture team to support core HR activities and ensure a smooth, consistent employee experience across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes Coordinate and deliver onboarding for new starters Maintain and improve HR processes, templates and documentation Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle Assist with learning and development coordination and tracking Support organisational change initiatives, including communication activities Ensure HR systems and records are accurate and up to date Respond to general HR queries from managers and employees About You You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace. You don’t wait to be told what to do - you see what needs doing and get on with it.
