We’re now looking for a proactive and hands-on HSE Specialist to support our operations and drive a strong safety culture across the business. About the Role Reporting to the Manager – HSE, you will provide practical, day-to-day support to Managers and Supervisors, helping to reduce incidents, injuries and at-fault claims while embedding a positive safety culture. Key Responsibilities Provide HSE advice and support across investigations, risk assessments and day-to-day safety matters Deliver cyclical HSE activities to drive continuous improvement and reduce incidents Analyse and report on safety trends, providing insights and recommendations Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to implement HSE initiatives Promote a proactive, values-driven safety culture across the organisation About You Degree in Health, Safety & Environment or a related discipline Proven experience supporting leaders in workplace health and safety Strong knowledge of safety and quality systems (AS/NZS4801, ISO14001, ISO9001) Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships Hands-on, organised and solutions-focused with strong attention to detail The benefits of working with us: We are Australasia's leading mass transit bus operator and are rapidly growing.
