Duties for the role will include (but not limited to) Contribute to the design and delivery of workforce attraction, retention and people experience programs aligned to City strategies, operational priorities and workforce needs. Apply structured project management approaches to coordinate and deliver workforce initiatives end-to-end, supporting timely delivery, achievement of outcomes and effective embedding across the organisation. Drive the City’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring it is embedded across the employee lifecycle and reflected in attraction, onboarding, development and everyday employee experience. Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver attraction and retention initiatives. Analyse workforce data, employee feedback and market trends to support the development of insights and recommendations that inform programs and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate program resources, deliverables and timelines, including the preparation of reports, briefing notes and project and communication plans, and contribute to broader Chief People Office initiatives. Support the integration of diversity, equity and inclusion considerations across workforce programs and initiatives, contributing to a diverse workforce and a culture of belonging and inclusion. We’re looking for people who have: A Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management) or extensive equivalent knowledge combined with experience. The ability to coordinate and deliver workforce initiatives end-to-end using structured project management approaches, including managing timelines, stakeholders, communications, reporting and implementation outcomes. Experience developing or supporting initiatives that strengthen employee attraction, engagement, retention and Employee Value Proposition (EVP), with an understanding of the employee lifecycle and contemporary people practices. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders, influence outcomes and work collaboratively across teams. The ability to analyse workforce data, employee feedback and market trends to generate insights and recommendations, while embedding diversity, equity and inclusion principles into workforce programs and organisational culture.
