This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architect who has strong exposure to high end residential work and is confident leading projects across all stages of delivery. About the Role This position is suited to an experienced Architect with strong high end residential experience who is confident working across all project phases from initial concept design through to construction and completion. You will take ownership of projects and work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high quality residential outcomes. The role requires someone who is equally strong in design thinking, technical documentation, and client facing delivery. You will be involved in managing projects end to end, including design development, detailed documentation, consultant coordination, client liaison, and on site delivery support. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a confident and capable Architect with strong experience in high end residential projects who is passionate about delivering beautifully resolved architecture and enjoys working closely with clients. You will ideally bring: • 7 years’ experience within an Australian architecture practice • Strong background in high end residential architecture is essential • Proven experience across all project stages from concept to completion • Advanced Revit capability is essential • Strong design ability with excellent attention to detail • Confident client facing and consultant coordination skills • Solid understanding of Australian building standards and construction methods • Experience delivering bespoke, detail driven residential projects • Strong communication skills and ability to lead project delivery • Proactive, hands on approach with strong ownership of outcomes • Ability to manage multiple priorities across live projects Why You Should Apply Opportunity to join a respected, design led residential architecture studio working across high end bespoke homes with genuine end to end project ownership.
