Based in Melbourne CBD, our client is looking to add an experienced draftsperson to their team, assisting Sales teams with new builds and Knock down rebuild contracts. THE OPPORTUNITY Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Working closely with the sales team to achieve signed contracts for new builds & KDR. Contributing design ideas for standard range homes and facades. Ensuring drawings meet quality standards and regulations Delivering accurate design documentation in a timely manner Providing support to other members of the drafting team to deliver quality concept designs Draw and document product masters, sales plans, options and details KEY REQUIREMENTS To be successful in the role: Proven REVIT drafting skills and experience. A minimum 2 years experience in residential construction in a similar role Effective communications skills. Knowledge and experience with Building Construction, Standards, Rescode and Regulations. Proven drafting skills and experience.
