The Opportunity As the Storeperson, you will be the "engine room" of a city fringe warehouse facility. This role is critical to the daily operations of the business, as you will directly support field technicians and project teams by ensuring the timely and accurate supply of parts, tools, and materials. This is a temporary, part-time position (approximately 15-20 hours per week) offering the flexibility to suit your lifestyle while gaining experience within a world-class organisational framework. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations: Manage the day-to-day flow of the warehouse, including the receiving and dispatching of goods with high accuracy. Inventory Control: Maintain rigorous stocktaking and inventory management processes to ensure part availability for critical projects. Logistics Support: Coordinate the delivery of parts and equipment to field technicians, ensuring they have the tools required to maintain essential services. Technical Administration: Digitise training and store documentation and manage stock systems with high attention to detail. Safety & Maintenance: Ensure the safe and organised storage of equipment and lead general housekeeping to maintain a hazard-free environment. What You'll Bring Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or store environment, preferably within a technical or industrial setting. Technical Skills: Good computer literacy, including experience with basic Microsoft Office or specialised stock management systems. Attributes: A team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively under tight deadlines. Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance protocols. Essentials & Compliance A current Australian Driver’s License and a Forklift License (LF) are essential.
