In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing clinical bookings and customer orders, coordinating time-sensitive cases, managing order entry in NetSuite, and working closely with hospitals, surgeons, agents and internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality service experience. You'll be responsible for: Processing clinical bookings and customer orders accurately in NetSuite Updating calendars, confirming orders and maintaining booking accuracy Liaising with hospitals, surgeons, agents and internal teams Coordinating urgent and same-day shipments with dispatch or couriers Maintaining records, forms and audit-ready documentation Handling enquiries, resolving issues and escalating discrepancies To be successful you'll need: 1–3 years’ experience in order management, customer service or operations support.
