On behalf of Red Fox Removals, we are looking for an experienced Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office administration, workflow support, customer booking administration and internal business operations to support the efficient delivery of removals services across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Transport Company Manager, and operational team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, while maintaining responsibility for office coordination, administrative systems and operational support functions aligned with the business's administrative and customer service requirements. Current Opening: This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week). Position Responsibilities and Tasks Organising and coordinating day-to-day office administration and workflow support functions to ensure efficient business operations. Managing customer enquiries, bookings and administrative communications, ensuring customer records and service information are accurate and up to date. Preparing and maintaining administrative and operational documentation including quotations, booking confirmations, run sheets, inventory records and customer instructions. Coordinating administrative communications and workflow between customers, operational staff and management to support efficient service delivery. Liaising with the Transport Company Manager regarding operational scheduling requirements and service administration. Supporting the operational and sales team with quotation processing, booking administration and customer follow-up communications. Monitoring office systems, inboxes and workflow processes to ensure timely responses and completion of administrative requirements. Maintaining office records, compliance documentation and company policy records to support efficient administrative operations and ensure adherence to internal business procedures. Coordinating staff onboarding documentation and maintaining workplace health and safety administration records relevant to removals operations. Assisting with financial administration duties including invoice preparation, payment tracking, contractor paperwork and timesheet coordination. Coordinating procurement and stock monitoring of office supplies, packing materials and administrative resources. Preparing internal administrative reports and assisting in the improvement of office procedures, recordkeeping systems and workflow processes. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma-level qualification in Business, Business Administration, Leadership & Management or related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in office administration, office coordination or business support roles, preferably within removals, logistics, transport or other service-based industries. Strong office administration and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate workflow and support day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain accurate records, compliance documentation and office systems in accordance with company procedures and operational requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, operational staff and management. Strong attention to detail, time management and ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining efficient administrative support functions. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package of $77,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
