We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman (All-Rounder) to join a specialist remedial and marine/civil contractor delivering complex infrastructure repair and rehabilitation projects across Sydney. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing day-to-day site delivery on technically challenging works across marine structures, bridges, tunnels, concrete remediation, and structural repair projects. About the Role You will be responsible for leading site crews and coordinating subcontractors across a range of remedial and civil works. Projects are predominantly located in the Sydney CBD and surrounding inner-city areas , with a mix of day and night shifts required depending on project and client requirements. Key responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating site activities from mobilisation through to completion Managing labour, subcontractors, and daily programming Delivering works in accordance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and ITPs Ensuring efficient delivery of remedial works including concrete repairs, structural strengthening, and associated civil works Maintaining strong communication with engineers, project managers, and clients Driving a proactive safety culture on site About You We are looking for a true all-rounder who thrives in complex remedial environments and can adapt to varied project demands.
