A busy and well-established hospitality venue in Sydney is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and service standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with venue standards Manage a designated kitchen section independently during service Assist senior chefs with menu development and seasonal specials Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control Supervise and support junior kitchen staff during daily operations Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams About You: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant, hotel, or pub environment Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and kitchen operations Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced service environment Excellent organisational and communication skills Passion for quality food and teamwork Relevant commercial cookery qualifications preferred Click “Apply for this job” to register your interest in this fulltime salaried position with a starting salary $80K-$90K (plus super)
