In this role, you will partner closely with our Studio Leadership team to support our people and help shape a workplace where everyone can thrive. You will bring a strong generalist HR background, sound judgement and a collaborative approach to delivering people initiatives and practical day-to-day support. What you’ll do Partner with studio leaders to implement people practices that support business goals Participate in group initiatives and projects as part of the broader People team Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding Guide performance and development conversations, review cycles and career growth initiatives Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and workplace concerns Contribute to employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and retention initiatives Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and internal people policies Build trusted relationships across the studio and help maintain a positive, inclusive culture
