This is a newly created role based in Townsville, designed to support a growing and complex operating region. You’ll focus on long-term partnerships, contract renewals, pricing strategy and cross-service solutions. What you'll be doing Own and manage a portfolio of strategic key accounts, acting as the senior trusted contact Drive retention, contract renewals and sustainable revenue growth Lead commercial outcomes including account planning, pricing and negotiations Identify cross‑service growth opportunities and deliver solutions with internal teams Maintain strong governance through CRM discipline, reporting and safety compliance To be successful in this role, you'll have Proven experience managing key or national accounts in a complex B2B environment Strong commercial, financial and negotiation capability Consultative, relationship‑led approach focused on retention and growth Confident stakeholder manager across customers and internal teams Disciplined with CRM, reporting and account planning Previous experience working in transport, logistics or FMCG at pace will see you succeed in this role Our Process Our recruitment process involves a number of checks, including, but not limited to, criminal history, medicals, drug & alcohol testing, as well as verification of qualifications, licences and right-to-work status.
