About the Role We book dental implant and full arch consultations for clinics across Australia. You'll work a live pipeline of warm inbound leads people who have already enquired about treatment. Your job: qualify the lead, build urgency, book them in for their consultation. The clinic handles the procedure. You're not selling implants. You're selling the appointment. Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience is required for this position. No cold calling. No lead sourcing. No chasing prospects who don't want to hear from you. The Earnings Strong base salary from day one with uncapped commission on top. Three-tier progression: Junior SDR → SDR → Senior SDR. Every promotion is earned on output, not time served. Hit 20 shows in your first month and you're already promoted. OTE ranges from ~$87K starting to $108K at the senior tier - with no cap on commission above target. The SDR who consistently overperforms earns well into six figures.
