About the Role APS is seeking an experienced and motivated Dispatch Coordinator to support and coordinate our logistics, dispatch and packaging operations. This role is responsible for coordinating daily freight movements, packaging activities, dispatch scheduling and communication between internal departments, drivers and freight providers to ensure efficient and on-time delivery outcomes. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and capable of working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for: Coordinating daily freight and dispatch operations Liaising with freight providers and company drivers Supporting packaging and loading activities Scheduling deliveries and managing freight bookings Monitoring DIFOT performance and delivery timeframes Assisting with workflow coordination across shifts Ensuring dispatch documentation and systems are accurate Maintaining safety and compliance within dispatch areas Working closely with Production, Sales and Accounts teams About You Previous experience in a Dispatch / Logistics Coordinator role Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Manufacturing, steel or heavy industry experience preferred Positive attitude with a strong work ethic High level of accountability and reliability What We Offer Stable and growing South Australian business Competitive salary package Supportive team environment Long-term career opportunity Opportunity to work with major industrial and defence projects How to Apply Applications should be submitted online via Seek or sent to Human Resources at: adelaideprofile.com.au .
