Adelaide Plastering Solutions (APS) Adelaide Plastering Solutions (APS) is seeking a highly experienced Tradesman – Solid Plasterer / Renderer to join our growing team working on architectural builds and custom homes. We are looking for a skilled trades professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, leads by example on site, and contributes positively to team culture and project outcomes. What success looks like at APS Completing work efficiently and to a high standard the first time Representing APS professionally on all sites Competently using scheduling software and providing detailed variation updates with photos Following all safety procedures and completing site inductions Demonstrating strong leadership on-site What you'll need Minimum 8 year's experience in solid plastering/rendering Full trade qualification Experience with architectural builds and custom homes Strong communication and leadership skills Driver's licence and reliable transport Current C class (car) driver's licence Australian citizenship required Nice to have Experience with Tradify or similar scheduling software Decorative plastering experience Supervisory or team leadership exposure Ability to read and interpret plans Experience mentoring apprentices Deal Breakers Poor workmanship or cutting corners Negative attitude, gossip, or team disruption Poor punctuality or unreliable attendance Failure to follow APS systems (site notes, photos, safety, variations) Disrespect toward apprentices or unwillingness to maintain clean, organised sites Why Work with Us?
