You’ll lead a team of Section Leads and frontline team members, ensuring the site consistently delivers strong service outcomes, operational efficiency, and a positive team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive accountability, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure operational rhythms are embedded across the site. Key Responsibilities… • Lead and champion a proactive safety-first culture • Drive daily operational performance across DIFOT, productivity, and accuracy • Lead, coach, and develop Section Leads and warehouse teams • Oversee labour planning, workflow priorities, and shift execution • Ensure stock integrity processes and cycle counting activities are maintained • Support customer outcomes through strong operational delivery • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, service, and efficiency • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and audit requirements • Partner closely with national leadership and support teams on site initiatives and operational improvements ABOUT YOU You are an experienced operational leader who thrives in fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments. You bring a strong leadership style, operational discipline, and the ability to engage and motivate teams.
