EVENT OPERATIONS MANAGER Position Title Event Operations Manager Reports To Branch Manager Role Overview The Event Operations Manager is responsible for the operational execution of all Monsterball events for the Perth branch. This role oversees event logistics, staffing coordination, fleet operations, routing, shed management, weekend operations and overall event readiness. The Event Operations Manager leads the operations department to ensure all events are delivered safely, efficiently and to Monsterball standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys managing people, logistics and live event execution. The role includes participation in the rotating weekend on-call roster. Salary & Benefits $90,000 Super KPI Bonus Structure Career growth opportunities Dynamic and fast-paced work environment Leadership role within a growing national brand Company phone provided Key Responsibilities Event Operations & Logistics Plan and manage weekly event routing and scheduling Coordinate operational delivery of all events Allocate vehicles, trailers and equipment Coordinate staffing allocations with management Ensure all events are operationally achievable Coordinate regional and metro logistics movements Oversee event readiness across all departments Weekend Operations Lead weekend operational support Manage dispatch and logistics escalations Handle urgent operational issues and problem-solving Coordinate reloads, transfers and emergency equipment movements Participate in the rotating weekend on-call roster Fleet & Equipment Management Oversee daily shed operations and organisation Ensure all vehicles and trailers are event-ready Coordinate maintenance schedules for fleet and equipment Monitor equipment condition and inventory systems Ensure preload operations are completed correctly Assist in improving operational systems and efficiencies Team Leadership Supervise logistics and operations assistants Delegate daily operational tasks Conduct operational reviews and weekend debriefs Support staff training and development Drive accountability and operational standards Ensure operational KPIs are achieved Compliance & Safety Ensure loading and transport procedures are followed Maintain workplace safety standards Ensure equipment checks and maintenance are completed Assist with WHS compliance and reporting Promote a strong safety-first culture KPI Areas On-time departures Route efficiency Labour efficiency Event readiness Reduction in missing equipment Fleet cleanliness and readiness Weekend response times Damage reduction Staff performance and accountability Skills & Experience Experience in operations, logistics or event management Strong organisational and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving ability Experience managing teams and operational workflows Strong communication and coordination skills Current driver’s licence required Truck licence desirable but not essential About Monsterball Monsterball is one of Australia’s leading inflatable and event hire companies, operating across multiple locations nationally.
