About the Role The Production Manager (Manufacturing) position, is responsible for overseeing daily production activities and supporting the coordination of manufacturing operations. Location: 4 Program Street, Yatala QLD 4209 Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 Superannuation Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and production operations within the facility Monitor production workflow to support efficient operational performance and output Coordinate production schedules, staffing requirements, and operational activities Monitor product quality and ensure consistency across manufacturing processes Liaise with production staff, suppliers, and operational teams regarding production requirements Maintain production records, operational reports, and manufacturing documentation Monitor stock levels, raw materials, and production-related inventory requirements Identify operational issues and assist with implementing workflow improvements where required Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed across production operations Support smooth communication and coordination between production and management teams Skills & Experience Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field Minimum 1–2 years of full-time relevant work experience in a similar role Understanding of manufacturing operations, production workflow, and operational coordination Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Good communication and team coordination skills Ability to manage operational tasks and production activities efficiently How to Apply Please submit your resume outlining your relevant experience and suitability for the position.
