About the company/role: Our client, a TGA-licensed leader in complementary medicines and bio-fermented products, is seeking an experienced Hard-Gel Encapsulation or Blister Machine Operator to join their dynamic production team. This is a permanent, full-time position and must be able to commit to the below shifts: For Encapsulation Operator - afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday 3:05pm – 11:45pm and Friday 12pm - 6pm. For Blister Operator - morning shifts: Monday to Friday 6:45am to 3:15pm and occasional Saturday shifts - 6am to 2:30pm (penalty rates apply). Duties will include: Set up, operate, and monitor encapsulation machines efficiently and safely Perform routine quality checks on capsules to ensure compliance with specifications Follow batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and SOPs with accuracy Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate when necessary Complete all required documentation clearly and accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with GMP standards Participate in changeovers and ensure minimal downtime Uphold cGMP, hygiene, and workplace safety at all times Skills/experience: A minimum of 1 years’ experience operating hard-gel encapsulation or blister machinery in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing) Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality Ability to work effectively as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks Apply!
