At Complete Concrete Co., we are a growing team specialising in high-quality residential and commercial concrete works across Adelaide. With multiple commercial projects currently underway in the Northern and Western suburbs, we are looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our crew. We are currently seeking both an experienced Concreter and a Concreter Labourer to join our team on a casual basis, working 5 days per week, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role for the right applicants. What We’re Looking For General Requirements Successful applicants will: Hold a current driver’s licence and have reliable transport Be an Australian resident with full working rights Be reliable, hardworking, and flexible with work hours Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Be able to work well within a team environment Concreter Position Applicants for the Concreter role should have: Minimum 3 years’ experience in concreting, including screeding and finishing Ability to read and interpret plans Experience with formwork and steel fixing Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently and unsupervised when required Concreter Labourer Position Applicants for the Labourer role should: Have previous manual labour or construction experience Be physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Be willing to learn and develop concreting skills Have concreting experience (preferred but not essential) What We Offer Consistent ongoing work Opportunity for permanent full-time employment Supportive team environment Variety of residential and commercial projects Opportunity to grow within the company If this sounds like the right fit for you, please send through your resume and/or work history.
