As leaders in locksmithing and electronic security, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable service and maintaining strong working relationships with our customers. We are looking for someone who enjoys being the central point of coordination for service bookings, technician scheduling, and customer communication. About the Role This is a varied, fast-paced administration role that plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of our service department. You will be responsible for keeping jobs moving efficiently from initial customer contact through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers Booking service technician jobs Coordinating technician schedules and job allocations Processing workshop orders, including restricted key system orders General administrative support and data entry Maintaining accurate customer and job records Providing excellent customer service to clients and suppliers What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you will need: Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities A high level of attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities The ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office programs Previous administration or service coordination experience preferred Experience in locksmithing, trades or service industries is advantageous Why Join TCL Security?
