Position Summary As Brand & Marketing Coordinator , you will coordinate and execute the Quality Group's marketing and brand activities, while supporting the broader Quality Wool team with day-to-day marketing initiatives. Working across key channels including social media, email, website and print, this role is responsible for delivering campaigns, coordinating content, and driving engagement across the Group's communications platforms. This position suits someone creative, organised and proactive, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in Australian agriculture and wool, with opportunities for regional and interstate travel. Australian work rights are required for this position. Position Description Execute marketing activity across key channels including social media, email, website, digital content and print collateral; Collaborate with wool representatives and internal teams to identify marketing opportunities and develop engaging content; Monitor and report on marketing performance across digital platforms; Assist with internal marketing projects alongside the General Business Manager; Coordinate company events, field days and promotional activities; Manage advertising and sponsorship enquiries and identify new partnership opportunities; Liaise with external PR, media and design providers; Undertake mandatory regional and interstate travel as required for the role. Skills, Qualities and Technical Knowledge 1–3 years' experience in marketing, communications or a similar role preferred; Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn; Creative thinker with a positive, hands-on attitude; Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment; Strong attention to detail and time management skills; Experience with social media platforms, CMS and email marketing platforms advantageous; A genuine interest in marketing, branding and communications.
