About the Job RFShop is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for a creative professional who enjoys a mix of campaign coordination, content creation, and digital marketing within an engineering and manufacturing environment. Working closely with our technical leadership and sales teams, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities Strategic Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms tailored for our core industries. Multimedia Content: Create and manage high-quality content, including product imagery, graphics, technical presentations, and campaign assets. Digital Channels: Manage our social media profiles, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, and oversee our YouTube channel to strengthen our online presence. Collateral & Events: Design and coordinate industry-specific marketing materials, including brochures, catalogues, and promotional assets for trade shows. Email & Web: Execute targeted email campaigns via Mailchimp and maintain website content. Perform basic SEO tasks and blog creation to enhance digital presence and conversion rates. Performance Tracking: Utilise Google Analytics and other data tools to track campaign performance and refine B2B marketing strategies Brand Integrity: Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and manage marketing asset libraries. About You Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing, advertising, or corporate communications is required. Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, ideally within a B2B technology-driven industry. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and Microsoft Office. Creative Tools: Experience with design software such as the Affinity Suite and/or Canva, video editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve or CapCut, and AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Freepik, or similar. Design & Strategy: A strong background in graphic design principles and the ability to propose innovative marketing solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is valued.
