Warehouse Assistant / Warehouse Operator Location: Claremount, WA About the Role We're seeking a motivated and detail-focused Warehouse Operator / Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with systems, processes, and people. With limited supervision, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, from receiving goods through to dispatch. Key Responsibilities Accurately receive, inspect, and book incoming goods into the system Process returned items and ensure correct storage Pick, check, pack, and dispatch customer and internal orders Assemble urgent orders to meet priority deadlines Unload and distribute incoming shipments, including loan sets Maintain warehouse security, including opening and closing procedures Replenish non-stock items and distribution materials Identify, investigate and resolve stock discrepancies Support stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records Follow OH&S procedures and safe manual handling practices Complete required training and assist team members when needed Work within established quality management systems and procedures What You'll Bring Previous warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, dispatch) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Reliable, organised, and able to work with limited supervision A proactive and team-oriented attitude Customer-focused mindset Good understanding of workplace safety (OH&S) Experience working in quality-controlled environments is highly regarded Why Join Us?
