Synergie Australia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor or our valued client located in Bibra Lake WA We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in this permanent opportunity. This is a Monday to Friday role, 6:00am–2:06pm, offering stability and a great working environment on site in Bibra Lake. What You’ll Be Doing Leading day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations to ensure strong DIFOT performance Driving a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with all WHS policies, procedures, and legislation Managing inventory processes including container unpacks, stock control, storage, labelling, segregation, and housekeeping Coordinating warehouse equipment and MHE inspections, maintenance, and reporting Maintaining GMP, HACCP, and warehouse hygiene standards across the site Mentoring, training, and supporting warehouse staff to build a productive and cohesive team Working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to improve operational performance and outcomes Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and assisting in resolving quality and operational issues What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hands-on warehouse leadership or supervisory role Current Australian LF Forklift Licence Experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts (Mobicon experience highly regarded) Strong understanding of warehousing, logistics, and inventory management processes Sound knowledge of WHS compliance and warehouse safety practices Exposure to GMP, HACCP, Lean, Quality, Environmental Management, or CoR frameworks highly regarded Experience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically active environment Certificate IV in Warehousing or similar qualification advantageous What’s In It For You?
