Role Overview: As the Warehouse and Logistics Operator , you will provide critical warehouse and logistics support to the design team by managing inventory, preparing furniture selections, and ensuring smooth operations for property staging projects. You will oversee the warehouse and handle furniture delivery, setup, and stock management, enabling seamless execution of staging proposals. Key Responsibilities: Prepare furniture and accessory selections based on staging proposals provided by the Design Concept Creator. Handle inventory management, including tracking stock levels, organising the warehouse, and conducting regular inventory audits. Accept deliveries, check them against orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy, and store items appropriately. Coordinate and oversee furniture deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate transport to staging sites. Perform handy work tasks such as assembling or disassembling furniture and ensuring all items are in excellent condition. Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse to optimise efficiency and safety. Collaborate with the Design Concept Creator to address logistical challenges and ensure project success. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper handling of all inventory and equipment. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is required. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving furniture and other staging items. Able to pass a pre-employment medical. Proficiency in inventory management software or tools is a plus. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
