About St Paul’s Early Learning Centre Are you an educator who loves inspiring young minds and making a real difference? We provide high-quality long day care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, alongside a vibrant Queensland Kindergarten program, all within a beautiful natural setting. Our centre operates Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 6:00pm, offering families and educators a supportive and flexible environment. Your Responsibilities: As our next Educator, you will: Engage and supervise children in a range of enriching indoor and outdoor activities that foster curiosity and joy Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where children feel confident to explore Deliver learning programs aligned with the National Quality Framework and tailored to each child’s needs Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Collaborate with your team to create meaningful learning experiences Help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment What We’re Looking For: To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: A Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or currently studying). Experience in an early learning setting (preferred). Sound understanding of the National Quality Standards and National Framework. A current Blue Card, and certifications in First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis. Completed Child Protection Training (as per Section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law). Strong written and verbal communication skills. A warm, respectful approach to building positive relationships with children, families, and your team. A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, growth, and wellbeing. A willingness to support and uphold the Christian ethos of our service.
