With tender levels at an all-time high, our established client is looking for a Junior Estimator to support a Senior Estimator in pricing jobs up to $25M across Hospitality, Commercial and Aged Care sectors. Tasks & responsibilities: Maintain, qualify and liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers Preparation of sub-contractor bid packages Compare and analyse sub-contractor pricing Develop new sub-contractor relationships Update and maintain estimating software, specifically Cubit Sound understanding of the full scope for all trades. Sound understanding of HVAC services.
