Your next employer Relocate and join the largest community services provider in the Pilbara, a not-for-profit with deep roots delivering aged care, family support, and drug and alcohol programs. What sets them apart is their genuine focus on clients' unique needs, especially serving a 95% Aboriginal client base with culturally safe, person-centred care. Built on integrity, respect, teamwork, and innovation, they create real impact in remote communities. The exciting opportunity Picture reporting directly to the CEO as part of the senior leadership team, overseeing a close-knit group of 20 staff including your two direct reports, a Care Coordinator and Business Administrator. The foundations are solid with delivery models, marketing, systems, data, and compliance. Drive the next wave of growth while negotiating confidently with providers as their client base expands. Key highlights It's a role where you wear multiple hats, from greeting clients to championing strategic growth, all while enjoying genuine autonomy in WA's sunny north. You will be optimising budgets and packages, handling short-notice executive reports and maintaining Aged Care Quality Standards compliance. You will build authentic partnerships with Aboriginal elders and corporations, local government, allied health providers, and community groups. You'll work with a proactive senior team who trust you to innovate and grow services. It's high-autonomy work with strong systems behind you, letting you focus on leadership rather than starting from scratch. What makes this great Let's talk about the package first: Competitive salary plus $10k remote allowance, housing accommodation (family-sized options too), a car, and salary packaging. This is a senior management position where you'll make a visible difference in a thriving Pilbara region. Enjoy a lifestyle that genuinely supports families, with two high schools, six primary schools, a hospital, dentists, arts precinct, leisure centres, and great cafes. About you Organisation and communication are your superpowers, but more importantly, you know how to genuinely lead and empower a team rather than just managing tasks. Experience in Home Care and truly understand the new Aged Care landscape, whether that's CHSP, HCP, Support at Home, or NDIS. Experience in regional/remote settings would be fantastic and you're comfortable building authentic relationships in high-Indigenous communities. Above all, you're proactive and autonomous, able to spot needs, build partnerships, and deliver results without constant direction. You must be excited about a permanent relocation to Karratha, ready to embrace the red dirt and world-class fishing! You'll need the right clearances and licences, of course, plus systems savvy for a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Next steps Shortlisting will commence immediately.
