Tasks and Qualifications: Key responsibilities include Working with customers and technicians to identify parts, provide information, raise quotations and deliver sales and aftersales support . Driving spare parts sale with effective and focused customer service orders Ensuring parts supply and delivery targets are met Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders About You… Are you ! What We Are Looking For The successful applicant will have: A passion for customer service and aftersales support Pride in their work and reputation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Intermediate MS Excel and confidence in CRM and MRP software A logical approach to problem solving and strong attention to detail The ability to work unsupervised and also work within a team when required Previous experience in with spare parts is not essential, but a desire to learn about our business and our products is.
