About the role As an Estimator / Scheduler at Sunset Construction (WA) Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, responsible for accurately estimating project costs and developing detailed schedules to ensure the successful delivery of our projects. This full-time position is based in North Perth. What you'll be doing Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs Develop comprehensive project schedules, coordinating the activities of various trades and ensuring timely project completion Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather information and address any issues that may arise Continuously monitor and update estimates and schedules to reflect changes in project scope or requirements Provide support and guidance to the construction team, ensuring the effective and efficient execution of projects Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements What we're looking for Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building and Construction, or related field.
