About the role 3D Earthmoving (2017) Pty Ltd, a leading bulk earthmoving company based in Perth, WA, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator/Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our construction projects by providing accurate estimates and detailed project schedules. What you'll be doing Prepare detailed and comprehensive estimates predominatley for TSF raises and construction but also for various bulk earthworks and civil projects Develop detailed project schedules, taking into account resource allocation, task dependencies, and critical path analysis Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to refine estimates and schedules based on changing project requirements Identify and mitigate potential risks, proposing proactive solutions to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines Prepare tender submissions, complete BOQ, cost breakdowns, obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing. Review drawings, specs and contracts to identify risks and clarifications Develop method statements for tender submissions Follow up on Tender submissions Monitor current projects ensuring they are on schedule and check correct resourse allocation of personnel and machinery Work mostly from home, some site visits required for tender requirments Manage costs, variations and progress claims What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in earthmoving construction projects Proficient in using estimating and scheduling software, such as MS Project Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost drivers Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Ability to work unsupervised, self motivated and have good time management High attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders Must have excellent written, verbal and analytical skills About us 3D Earthmoving (2017) Pty Ltd is a leading bulk earthworks company specialising in TSF construction.
