About the role Safe-T-Rail Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolder to join our team on a casual basis in Balcatta, immediate start. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the safe installation and dismantling of residential edge protection systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained. What you'll be doing Safely erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding and edge protection systems for residential construction sites Inspect scaffolding and edge protection equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations Work closely with the construction team to understand project requirements and timelines Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols What we're looking for Experience as a Scaffolder, preferably in the residential construction industry Familiarity with the safe use and maintenance of scaffolding and edge protection equipment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to and from the Balcatta yard Truck licence an advantage About us Safe-T-Rail Australia is a leading provider of residential edge protection solutions, dedicated to creating safer construction sites.
