Procurement & Project Coordinator Raven Tanks Raven Tanks is a growing Australian water tank company specialising in large industrial water storage tank projects across fire, potable and industrial sectors. We are looking for a highly organised Procurement & Project Coordinator to help manage projects from sales handover through to site delivery readiness. This role is the operational link between sales, suppliers and site crews. The position focuses on keeping projects moving, coordinating procurement and ensuring jobs are fully prepared before mobilisation. This is not a pure admin role and not a traditional construction project manager role. We need someone practical, organised and proactive who can manage multiple moving parts and push projects forward. Key Responsibilities Manage projects following sales handover Coordinate supplier RFQs and procurement Track fabrication and delivery timelines Follow up drawings, approvals and technical submissions Coordinate freight and logistics Communicate with suppliers, clients and internal teams Ensure all required materials and documentation are ready before mobilisation Identify delays early and escalate issues quickly Maintain organised project records and reporting Assist with scheduling and operational planning Support site teams throughout project delivery Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handovers to site crews What We’re Looking For Strong organisation and follow-through Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Confident communication skills Strong attention to detail Commercial awareness and practical thinking Ability to keep suppliers and projects moving Strong problem-solving ability Experience in construction, manufacturing, fabrication or industrial projects preferred Experience with procurement, logistics or project coordination highly regarded Experience with project management software, CRMs or scheduling systems is advantageous The Right Person for This Role The right person is proactive, accountable and highly organised. They naturally follow things up, keep momentum on projects and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This role suits someone who enjoys coordinating projects, solving problems and working in a fast-moving operational environment. Experience with tank projects is not essential.
