We are seeking Electrical Leading Hand responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical work on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of electricians and apprentices comprised of MPA personnel and sub-contractors, providing guidance, support, and hands-on expertise. You will also be required to help out on the tools with smaller task leading up to the start of the major construction activities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate electrical work on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Provide leadership and support to a team of electricians and apprentices. Conduct site inspections and risk assessments. Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Maintain a record of materials onsite and ensure stocks remain available for the continuation of the project. You will be: Qualified electrician with a valid license. Proven experience in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
