About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to plan and control the development and delivery of allocated projects, from pre-contracts stage to handover to the client, to achieve specification and profit objectives while ensuring client satisfaction. Duties Plan, coordinate and deliver projects in accordance with company procedures, client requirements and project schedules. Manage project resources, including manpower, equipment, suppliers and subcontractors, to ensure timely project execution. Monitor project budgets, procurement and costs to achieve financial targets and approved contribution margins. Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders and project teams regarding project progress, risks and issues. Ensure compliance with safety, quality assurance and operational standards while managing project risks and corrective actions. Conduct project reviews, reporting and continuous improvement activities to enhance project performance and delivery outcomes. Skills & Experience Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Engineering Project environment or similar business in a HV environment with HV switchgear experience (Essential) Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing/ construction or similar business (Preferable) Proven experience with MS Project or similar Project Software. Tertiary qualification Degree in Electrical Engineering.
