Project Controls Manager - Major Infrastructure (Defence Projects) ������ Rockingham Area, WA ������ $170,000 - $210,000 super (dependent on experience) An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Controls Manager to join a high-performing project delivery team working across major Defence infrastructure projects in Western Australia. This role will play a key part in ensuring robust cost, schedule, forecasting, and reporting controls across complex, large-scale works. Key Responsibilities Lead project controls across major Defence infrastructure projects Develop and maintain integrated cost and schedule frameworks Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis Support project delivery teams with commercial and planning insights Ensure compliance with Defence project governance requirements Drive continuous improvement in controls systems and processes Essential Requirements Previous experience in project controls / cost / planning roles on major infrastructure projects Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and forecasting Experience within Defence, construction, or complex infrastructure environments highly regarded Australian Citizenship (mandatory) Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (essential) Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance (essential) Must hold valid Australian work rights What's on Offer Long-term major Defence infrastructure program Competitive salary package: $170K-$210K super Strong pipeline of secured work Opportunity to work in a highly regulated, technically challenging environment To apply or discuss further, please contact: cgcrecruitment.com
