We are currently seeking female Community Support Workers to support clients across various locations north of the river in Perth. Key Requirements Female applicants only (as requested by clients) Fluent English with clear, confident verbal and written communication Strong documentation and reporting skills Confident driver with the ability to transport clients to appointments Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends, including mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts Must have experience supporting children Role Responsibilities You will support NDIS participants in both community and home-based settings, including SDA and Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes , by providing: Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living Medication assistance (as per care plans) Community access, transport, and attendance at appointments Social engagement and meaningful activities Meal preparation and positive mealtime interaction Domestic support Support within a family home environment, including experience supporting children and a mother Mandatory Requirements Female English speaking Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (3 doses) NDIS Worker Clearance Working with Children Check Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, or a related field NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation (4 online modules) Strong communication, documentation, and organisational skills Commitment to person-centred, respectful care Preferred (but not essential): Current Influenza vaccination Job Type: Casual Pay: $43.22 – $43.23 per hour Application Question(s): What area in Perth do you reside?
