The Role: More Than Property Management This position blends Property Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management. You’ll play a key role in building a high-quality rent roll, while delivering exceptional service in managing your growing portfolio. With strong backend support, your focus will be on people, performance, and long-term client relationships. What You'll Be Doing: Business Development Identify and convert new management opportunities Work closely with our high-performing sales team to transition investor leads into long-term clients Build and nurture relationships within the local market to generate new business Portfolio Management Manage a growing residential rent roll with a focus on service and retention Oversee inspections, reports, lease renewals, and compliance Coordinate maintenance and deliver seamless experiences for landlords and tenants Client Experience Build strong, trusted relationships with landlords Provide strategic advice around asset performance and rental returns Deliver a level of service that drives retention and referrals The Support Behind You: You’ll be backed by a dedicated operations team, allowing you to focus on higher-value work: Trust accounting Bookkeeping Administrative support Call handling and enquiry management Systems and process infrastructure Who You Are: Experienced in Property Management and confident managing a portfolio A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with clients Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Comfortable contributing to both service delivery and new business Motivated by long-term opportunity and professional growth The Opportunity: Join an established, well-regarded real estate business expanding into property management Strong backend support so you're not buried in admin.
