Job Description We’re on the lookout for a confident, driven Territory Manager to take ownership of the Townsville region. This is a hands on, relationship focused sales role where you’ll be responsible for growing an established territory while actively developing new business. You’ll manage existing accounts, build strong customer relationships and drive sales through a proactive, on-the-road approach. This role suits a true sales professional, someone comfortable having conversations, building trust and confidently chasing new opportunities through cold calling and client engagement. You’ll also be an all-rounder, willing to roll up your sleeves and support the branch when needed. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and grow an established customer base Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, and trade customers Identify and win new business through proactive sales activity Conduct cold calls and face-to-face visits Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close sales Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities Support the branch with day-to-day operations when required
