We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, operational support, and continuous improvement of critical technology services within a complex and highly governed environment. This role is responsible for ensuring services are customer-focused, secure, reliable, and aligned to organisational objectives, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and driving service excellence across internal teams and external providers. This opportunity is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Requirements What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end service delivery to ensure services meet agreed performance standards and business outcomes Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, customers, vendors, and delivery teams Lead service transition activities for new and changed services, including service catalogues and service agreements Monitor service performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous service optimisation initiatives Coordinate internal and external service providers to ensure integrated and efficient service delivery Ensure services, solutions, and operational processes comply with security, governance, and technology standards Manage planned and unplanned changes while minimising business disruption and maintaining stakeholder communication Support incident response activities and contribute to operational resilience initiatives Lead the development and testing of business continuity and service recovery plans Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making What You’ll Bring Demonstrated experience in Service Delivery Management within complex enterprise or government environments Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across technical and business teams Experience managing technology services, service performance, and operational support functions Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and business process optimisation initiatives Sound understanding of IT service management frameworks and operational governance practices Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party service providers Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Ability to operate autonomously and exercise professional judgement in fast-paced environments Experience supporting business continuity, incident management, and change management activities An active NV2 Security Clearance is required for this position Benefits Why You'll Love Working Here: Our company is more than just a workplace, it's a hub of inspiration and creativity where employees love to work!
