You will deliver high impact consulting services including Data Strategies, Information Architecture, Information Governance and document/records management. About the Role As a Principal Consultant, you will: Lead strategic consulting services, from initial assessments to comprehensive planning and execution of major initiatives Identify and shape opportunities through early-stage customer conversations, bringing clarity and structure to complex problems Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and executives to shape and influence data-driven transformation agendas Drive the sales cycle with the Practice Manager, leading opportunity qualification, proposal development, project estimation and scoping and pricing Contribute to capability uplift across our team by mentoring others, evolving our intellectual property, and demonstrating thought leadership across AI and data governance trends. About You You’ll bring a mix of delivery leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial savvy – with the confidence to step into advisory conversations and guide client direction. Additionally, you will have: Demonstrated extensive experience consulting to government on information driven transformations, including data strategy, information architecture, information governance/management and electronic document and records management Extensive experience in designing data platforms including lakehouse and medallion architectures. Experience in designing data platforms using technologies such as Azure/Fabric, AWS, and SharePoint. Knowledge of information governance and regulatory compliance practices. Experience with information governance and compliance tools such as Microsoft Purview. A background in shaping and delivering strategic engagements, including business cases, operating models, governance frameworks, or technology enablement. The ability to lead engagements and proposals, working closely with account teams, architects, and delivery leads NV1 clearance required for this role.
