Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Describe your recent nursing experience aged care and/or rehabilitation, including how you support patients with mobility limitations, complex needs, or varying levels of acuity. Please provide an example of how you ensured safe, patient-centred care during transitions or transfers. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster. Describe a time when you worked in a fast-paced environment, supported colleagues, adapted to changing priorities, or worked across a rotating roster to meet patient and service needs. Describe how you maintain professionalism, clear communication, and patient safety when working with diverse teams and patients, particularly during busy periods or challenging situations. Please provide an example that demonstrates your approach. Demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively in a nursing role, including clear verbal communication, accurate written documentation, good comprehension, and the ability to interact confidently and courteously with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
