Available Positions: Restaurant Managers / Chefs / Cooks / Kitchenhands / Waiters /Bar Attendants About the Roles: Restaurant Manager: In this leadership role, you’ll manage daily operations, oversee staff, ensure excellent customer service, handle budgeting, and maintain inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills and experience in hospitality. Chef: We are looking for skilled Chefs who is passionate about menu planning, developing recipes, and supervising kitchen staff. You’ll work with seasonal produce, manage food costs, and create exceptional dining experiences for our customers. A Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery and 2 years of experience is required. Cook: Join our kitchen team as a Cook, preparing delicious meals from our menu and contributing to a high-quality food experience. You should have knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is preferred. Kitchenhand: This entry-level position is perfect for those looking to start their career in the kitchen. As a Kitchenhand, you'll assist with food prep, dishwashing, and general kitchen cleanliness. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not necessary. Waiter: As a Waiter, you’ll be the face of our customer service, greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Experience in a similar role is preferred. Bar Attendant: As a Bar Attendant, you'll be responsible for greeting customers, preparing and serving drinks, ensuring a clean and organized bar area, and promoting drink specials. You'll need excellent communication and multitasking skills and an RSA Certification.
