About the role: Our ISS Health Team is growing and we are currently seeking a Healthcare Chef to join us in a permanent Full-Time position on site at Modbury Hospital (Modbury). Key Responsibilities: Complete meal preparation to the highest standards, ensuring a high level of food safety and quality. Produce meals in line with recipes and dietary plans. Ensure food is stored and handled as per food health safety and hygiene requirements. Interact positively with our client to ensure high levels of customer service. Contribute to the health and safety culture by following WHS standards. Allrounder experience across pastries, crib, mains, breakfast and grab and go options. Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer service. High volume catering, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience. Ability to pass full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing. Flexibility to work a rotational roster; including early mornings, night shifts, weekends and public holidays. Ability or willingness to provide evidence of immunisation for Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Pertussis, Diptheria, and Polio, as per SA Health worker requirements is essential. Current Police Clearance, or ability to obtain, is essential. Current DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC), or ability to obtain, is essential. Why Join ISS?
