Part time Candidate wanted for a permanent position, for a busy Switchboard at the Children's Hospital at Westmead. This will be a 24/7 rotating roster, which includes night shift. Experience would be great but not a requirement as on the job training will be given. The first couple of months will be Monday to Friday for training purposes. What you'll be doing Providing customer service as a Switchboard Operator at the Children’s Hospital Westmead. Can also be responsible for providing frontline customer service in a receptionist role while undertaking a variety ofadministrative duties. Demonstrated capacity to provide efficient use of Alcatel system switchboard console and paging system or willing to learn. Demonstrated excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office suite programs and the ability to learn complex relevant health systems Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and follow protocol.
